The IBeanTrolled community is built on kindness, curiosity, respect, and a shared sense of adventure. These guidelines help us preserve that experience for everyone.
Effective Date: May 3, 2026
At IBeanTrolled, every Celestial Troll begins a journey with one simple purpose... to leave the world a little kinder than it was before.
Whether you're discovering your first troll, becoming a Hidekeeper, re-hiding a treasure, or simply following the journey, you're helping shape the community we're building together.
These Community Guidelines reflect the values that help keep IBeanTrolled welcoming, respectful, and enjoyable for everyone.
Kindness is the foundation of everything we do.
Treat fellow community members with respect, patience, and encouragement. Celebrate discoveries, welcome newcomers, and remember that every person joins the journey from a different place.
Every act of kindness has the potential to brighten someone's day.
Many Celestial Trolls are hidden in parks, trails, businesses, and other public spaces.
The places we explore deserve the same kindness we share with one another.
Choose locations that are enjoyable to discover while remaining respectful of the people and places around them.
Hides should be legally accessible, reasonably safe to retrieve, and should never require trespassing or create unnecessary hazards.
Please avoid placing hides where they could reasonably be mistaken for something dangerous or suspicious.
A great hide creates curiosity... not concern.
Every hide represents someone's time, creativity, and generosity.
Unless you're discovering a troll through the normal experience, please avoid moving, disturbing, or removing another person's hide.
If you discover a damaged hide or one that appears unsafe, please let us know so we can help keep the journey going.
Photos and stories help inspire others to join the adventure.
Some community submissions may be featured on the IBeanTrolled website or official social media to celebrate the movement.
Every Celestial Troll tells a story.
Some people keep their troll. Some choose to re-hide it. Some pass it along to someone who needs a little extra kindness.
Every journey is different.
If you discover a troll, consider registering your find so its story can continue for future adventurers.
Communities grow because people choose to make them welcoming.
Every positive action helps the movement continue to grow.
If you identify yourself as part of the IBeanTrolled community, we ask that you represent the movement with honesty and respect.
Only official IBeanTrolled administrators may speak on behalf of the organization or present themselves as official representatives unless permission has been given.
If you have questions, would like to report a problem, or believe something needs our attention, we'd love to hear from you.

Whether you're discovering a Celestial Troll, hiding one for someone else to find, or sharing your journey online, we encourage everyone to leave the experience a little brighter than they found it.
Sometimes that's a smile.
Sometimes it's a thoughtful message on the Kindness Board.
Sometimes it's choosing the perfect hiding place for the next adventure.
Every small act adds to something much bigger than any one person.
Every Celestial Troll carries a story... and every act of kindness creates another. Thank you for helping us build a community where curiosity, generosity, and adventure continue to grow... one Celestial Troll at a time.
